Boch (Septfontaines)

Ceramic factory founded in 1766 by the brothers Jean-François Dominique (1735 - 1817) and Pierre-Joseph Boch (1736 - 1818). The factory was mainly known for the production of faience. This entity was managed by Boch Frères from 1844. Later, in 1855, they teamed up with Villeroy and the name of the firm was changed to Villeroy & Boch.
