Béliard, François
⚬1723 - †1795
Born in Paris into a family of watchmakers, son of Dominique II Béliard. He married in 1746 at the age of 23. He became a master watchmaker in 1749 and a watchmaker to the king in 1767, a position he would hold until 1783. He died in 1795.
