Plate 'à la mouche'

1750 - 1775

The décor ronda and à la mouche are typical of the Tournai manufacturer and were in production from the eighteenth into the nineteenth centuries. The blue décor à la mouche finished with gold is the de luxe version of the motif. The serrated border is edged with a so-called galon japonné rim.
